There is one Affidavit of Support Fee per case, no matter how many financial sponsors you have. You can contact your financial institution for specific details. The order of these numbers may differ on your check and may include some special symbols different from those shown. The person paying the fee needs a valid e-mail address, a bank routing number, and a checking or savings account number from a U.S. Simply click on “Pay Now” in either section on your case summary page.
